If anyone is driving in (and yes, I know this is Oxford we're talking about!), you can get drinks heaters that plug into the cigarette lighter / 12v power socket. Or you can get mini camping stoves that will heat liquid using just a candle or a bit of dry fuel. But these two methods, while they should work, will only do one cup at a time ...
