Ahh, I'm an ungrateful sod, ain't I? But having put up with so little daylight, I was anticipating one of the consolations of a northern winter. Not to be. Hope it cools down there soon (sends mental breezes). I recommend the magnificant cooling effect of a supa-dooper!
nono, i fully agree that an English winter is only complete with snow! (just like hot weather is only fun if there can be swimming,) ah, we'll have to clear out some of the food in the freezer to make room for icy poles.
